What You’ll Need to Make a Magnetic Play Bottle:
- An empty water bottle
- Small items (both magnetic and not magnetic)
- A large magnet. My kids have this one.

What a fun idea? Another way my boys have fun with magnets is filtering iron out of the sand in our sandbox. They’ve been testing all sorts of things to see what they might find that’s magnetic.
