Well, I am writing this post from my hospital bed.  About 2:30am on Tuesday morning, I was transported by ambulance to our local hospital after having extreme nausea and passing out.  Nausea, I’ve experienced.  Passing out was something completely new to me.

This is the first moment in the last 16 hours that I have felt even remotely good enough to sit and type a post.  Usually, I try to work ahead in posting, but of course this is the day I am not ahead at all!  Oh well, that is just the way things go.

So until I write more, here is the “verse of the day” I received on my phone shortly after arriving at the hospital.

“Therefore we do not lose heart.  Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.  For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.  So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is unseen is eternal.”  2 Corinthians 4:16-18
