I saw a TV segment awhile back about a woman who leaves post-it notes in public places to encourage other women in the way the see themselves. It is called Operation Beautiful founded by Caitlin Boyle. Her goal is to end negative self-talk. What a great idea! Here is the note I left…did you see it on a bathroom mirror?
