Father's Day Gift - free printable - fill-in booklet


You probably knew to expect this one.  Father’s Day is less than three weeks away.  And since we made a fill-in booklet for Mother’s Day, of course, we had to make a  free printable for Father’s Day too!

This gift is simple, personalized and memorable to hold on to for years to come.  Did I mention it will store nicely too?  With the thought of moving in our future, I am ever conscious of the big, awkward and cumbersome gifts.

For this Father’s Day Booklet, here is what your child will be answering:

What You’ll Need:

  • Printer & Paper (I used card stock.)
  • Scissors or Paper Cutter
  • Hole Punch
  • Ribbon or Material
  • Your Wonderful Child

Instructions:

1.  Download and print the FREE For My Dad on Father’s Day – Fill In Booklet.

2.  Cut the pages in half and punch holes on the side.

3.  Before assembling, have your child fill out the prompts on each page.  Help as needed.

4.  Thread the holes with ribbon as shown below if you would like to hang your booklet on a door knob or hook.

5.  Give to Dad on Father’s Day and watch him enjoy all the special thoughts from his child.
